Welcome to RosCar Bar. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our car rental aggregation services available at https://roscarbar.com/ and your rental agreements in Bar, Montenegro. By accessing our website and booking a vehicle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. About RosCar Bar

RosCar Bar operates as an aggregator platform that connects customers with international and local car rental companies operating in Montenegro. We facilitate bookings but do not own or operate the rental vehicles. Each rental is subject to both these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the selected rental company.

• Podgorica Airport (TGD)
• Tivat Airport (TIV)
• City delivery in Bar
• Hotel delivery throughout Montenegro

3.1 How to Book

To complete your reservation, follow these steps:

• Select your pickup and return locations
• Choose your preferred vehicle type from available options
• Select additional options (no deposit, no credit card, insurance, child car seat)
• Fill in driver contact details and required information
• Complete the booking by paying a deposit of 15% to 20% of the total rental cost

3.2 Booking Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email at the address provided during booking. The voucher will include:

• Detailed pickup instructions
• Contact information for the rental company
• Your reservation details and reference number
• Vehicle information and rental terms
• Additional services confirmed in your booking

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Payment

A prepayment of 15% to 20% of the total rental cost is required to confirm your booking. This amount is non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy. The remaining balance is payable directly to the rental company at the time of vehicle pickup.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for the online deposit:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Online payment systems as available

Payment for the remaining rental cost is made directly to the rental company and may be subject to their accepted payment methods.

4.3 No Deposit and No Credit Card Options

When you select the “No Deposit” or “No Credit Card” options during booking, these specific conditions apply to your rental with the partner company. Additional fees may apply for these services, as specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your booking reference number.

5.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup time or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the prepaid deposit amount.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method used for booking.

6. Driver Requirements

6.1 Minimum Age and License

To rent a vehicle through RosCar Bar, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (minimum age may vary by vehicle category)
• Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Present a valid passport or ID document
• Meet any additional requirements specified by the rental company

6.2 Additional Drivers

Additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement during the booking process or at pickup. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Vehicle Pickup and Return

7.1 Pickup Procedure

At the time of pickup, you must present:

• Your booking confirmation voucher
• Valid driver’s license
• Passport or national ID card
• Payment method for the remaining rental balance

The rental company will conduct a vehicle inspection with you and provide keys and documentation.

7.2 Late Pickup

If you arrive late for pickup without prior notification, the rental company reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain the prepaid deposit.

7.3 Return Procedure

Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location at the specified date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges as determined by the rental company. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level.

8. Insurance and Additional Options

8.1 Insurance Coverage

All vehicles include basic insurance coverage as required by Montenegrin law. Additional insurance options are available during booking, including:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
• Theft Protection (TP)
• Full coverage with zero excess
• Personal accident insurance

8.2 Additional Equipment

Optional equipment available for booking includes:

• Child car seats (various age categories)
• GPS navigation systems
• Additional driver authorization
• Winter tires (seasonal availability)
• Roof racks and other accessories

8.3 Unlimited Mileage

All our rentals include unlimited mileage unless otherwise specified. You may drive without distance restrictions within Montenegro and approved cross-border destinations.

9. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

9.1 Permitted Use

Rental vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes and on paved roads unless specifically authorized for off-road use. Vehicles must not be used for:

• Racing, rallying, or competitive driving
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Transporting illegal goods or substances
• Subletting or unauthorized commercial use
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

9.2 Geographic Restrictions

Unless explicitly authorized, vehicles may not be taken outside Montenegro without prior written permission from the rental company. Cross-border travel to approved countries may require additional insurance and documentation.

9.3 Smoking and Pets

Smoking is prohibited in all rental vehicles. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional cleaning fees. Please specify any special requirements during booking.

10. Damage and Liability

10.1 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, theft, or loss that occurs during the rental period, subject to the insurance coverage selected. You must report any accidents or damage to the rental company and local authorities immediately.

10.2 Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank unless otherwise specified. Failure to refuel will result in refueling charges plus an administrative fee.

10.3 Traffic Violations

You are responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period. An administrative fee may be charged for processing traffic violations on your behalf.

11. Customer Data and Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking through RosCar Bar, you consent to the sharing of your information with the selected rental company for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation.

12. Limitation of Liability

RosCar Bar acts solely as an intermediary between customers and car rental companies. We are not liable for:

• The condition, quality, or availability of rental vehicles
• Actions or omissions of the rental companies
• Delays, cancellations, or changes made by rental companies
• Personal injury or property damage during the rental period
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the prepaid deposit.

13. Force Majeure

Neither RosCar Bar nor the rental companies shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. Rental companies may change their terms, prices, and vehicle availability independently.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your booking or use of our services should first be addressed by contacting our customer service team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Montenegro and subject to the jurisdiction of Montenegrin courts.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and RosCar Bar regarding your use of our services.
